MEI’s modernization discovery examines a defined application or workflow before a rebuild is proposed. We document the current system, identify important risks and dependencies, and evaluate practical options. The result is a staged roadmap with assumptions you can review before committing to implementation.
The system may depend on a small number of people with specialized knowledge, be difficult to maintain, or contain business rules that exist mainly in old code. Discovery is also useful when integrations, reporting, or data quality limit changes to a critical business process.
